Dinner: garden-fresh salad, pork loin topped with balsamic reduction, herb-roasted chicken breast topped with fresh vegetable ratatouille, roasted potatoes and roasted green beans lightly topped with olive oil and sea salt. Dessert is hand-crafted chocolate mousse with fresh whipped cream and berries.
